Exceptional breakfast variety!

the joytel hotel osaka shinsekai was supposed to be a treat, but my room had this weird smell that almost ruined my stay. also, the breakfast was bland and way too basic for a hotel claiming to provide a memorable experience. it’s just outrageous that I didn’t even receive a complimentary gift for the trouble, honestly. so disappointing!

I had a fantastic stay as a solo traveler for 4 nights. The Deluxe Twin Room with Tower View was super clean and had a great view of the Osaka SHINSEKAI district. Breakfast was included and offered both Western and Japanese options. The location is perfect for accessing shops and attractions. Definitely a great find! 🌟

Room is notably smaller than expected, especially when you have a couple of luggage to deal with. Bathroom space is limited, which can be a hassle for those taller than 1.5 meters. During a stay with a partner, only one single bed available forced rearranging beds, slightly inconvenient but manageable.

Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the buzzing shops and sights in the area. The staff here impressed me, especially Mr Jin Dobashi, he went above and beyond, truly the best customer service I've ever encountered. Also, enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had both Western and Japanese options, it set a great tone for the day.

Wasn't the cheapest option, but the value was fair for the experience.

The location is a convenient five-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is tidy and clean, with a comfortable room size. Self check-in was a breeze, and the staff were both helpful and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms are small, which might be an issue for those traveling with large luggage.

I had a lovely stay in the superior twin room, which was super clean and very comfortable, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions, like the iconic Tsutenkaku, just a 500-meter stroll away, and the vibrant Shinsekai district, which is practically at your doorstep.

Our stay was delightful! The contemporary design and ambiance were inviting. Loved the complimentary sake and ice cream from the restaurant! Breakfast, though simple, offered delicious essentials to start our day. A little tight on space, but perfect for couples. Highly recommend exploring nearby attractions!

The room was really spacious and had all the necessary amenities, making our family feel right at home. We loved unwinding by the relaxing pool area and enjoying a soak in the on-site hot bath. While the parking was a bit of a hassle, it didn’t take away from our overall great experience! 😊

i had a great stay at joytel hotel osaka shinsekai! the location is super convenient, just steps from the lively senseikai street. my room was cozy, but it had all the necessary amenities. we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and the delicious breakfast. the restaurant staff, especially ms akika, were so friendly and attentive, making our mornings special.

Wi-fi was fast, but sometimes noisy guests disturbed my sleep at night.
